EECS GOs are issued for a production period of one month. Request for GOs may be relating to a specific period consisting of one or several (in case of small PV) full calendar months or continuous issuing, whereas the second option is standard. In case of continuous request, the grid operator declares production monthly by one month and 10 business days after the production month in E-Controls Registry. Both supported and non-supported plants are allowed for GOs issuance, while Supported GOs is used solely for disclosure purposes in Austria and only GOs from non-supported plants can be traded internationally.

EECS GOs are issued per quarter for electricity production from renewable energy sources and high-efficiency CHP.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of one month. Issuing takes place at the latest 2 months after the end of the corresponding production month. EECS GOs are issued only for electricity from renewable resources. For electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration, regional Flemish GOs are issued, which cannot be called EECS GOs.

EECS GOs are issued on a quarterly basis after receipt of a quarterly Production and Consumption Declaration. EECS GOs are issued only for electricity from renewable resources and issuing time takes place less than 48 hours after reception of indexes in the extranet.

EECS GOs are issued no later than one month after CREG received the issuance request by the Registrant.

EECS GOs are issued no earlier than the 20th day of the month following the month of production (or following working day). 

EECS GOs are issued for electricity production from RES.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of one calendar month. Producers are given 60 working days after the end of the reference period to apply. Once an issuing request is received, GOs are issued within 20 working days. 

EECS GOs are issued for electricity production from RES or high-efficiency cogeneration.

EECS GOs are issued for the period of production of one, two or three months, according to demand for issuing of EECS GO Certificates. OTE, a.s. will deposit the EECS GO Certificates in the Transferables Account nominated by the Registrant within the EECS GO Registration Database no later than 10 (ten) working days after the receipt of a valid Production Declaration and the Account Holder will be notified accordingly.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis. GOs will be deposited in the Transferables Account nominated by the Registrant no later than the 20th (or first following working day hereafter), in the month after the production period.

For HEC-GOs (high-efficiency cogeneration GOs) the certificates will be issued for a calendar month. The certificates can on request from the Registrant be issued for the production of last month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

EECS GOs issuanceis possible the earliest the 1st of the month after the production month the latest on 21st of the month following the issuing request (for example certificates regarding June are issued between the 1st of July til the 21st of July). For issuance of multi-fuel PD-s or high-efficiency cogeneration, the production declaration is to be filled out and delivered. For single fuel PD such as solar/hydro/wind, the automatic monthly issuance the issuing request takes places in the beginning of each month after the metered data has been imported and no separate issuing request is required after the first one at registration. Normally balance settlement is closed end of the month following the production month; however, it can also be performed after the closure of the balance settlement of the production month.

EECS GOs are issued on either monthly, quarterly or per the half year periods as chosen by the account holder. Finextra Oy is authorised for issuance of GOs for electricity production from renewable energy sources, nuclear energy and high-efficient cogeneration (Combined Heat and Power, CHP). The production period of GOs is one month. Issuing of EECS Certificates is possible at the earliest 15th of the month following the month of production. Issuing can be performed after the closure of the balance settlement of the production month. Normally balance settlement is closed end of the month following the production month.

EECS GOs are issued for a production period of 1 month, it can be of a longer period in case of very small plants if the monthly production is fewer than 1MWh. Even in that case, they can never exceed 5 months. Issuing takes place within 30 days after receipt of data for issuance, with exception up to 60 days in particular cases.

Issuance takes place on application after the production of the corresponding quantity of electricity.

EECS GOs are issued for plant operators who do not receive a feed-in tariff, market premium or CHP-GOs. Plant operators can apply for the issuance of GOs for every single month or for a fixed or open period. The production period in the GO is always the calendar month.

Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)

REGOs are issued to your account the day after plant operators submit the data, assuming the data is not suspended. Data may be submitted on a monthly basis, or alternatively, data may be submitted any number of months up to one year in a single submission for the generation period April to March. In case of the annual data submission, data must be submitted before the end of June.

The EECS GOs can be requested for a production period corresponding at minimum to 1 calendar month and at maximum 12 calendar months, or for any integer number of calendar months, as long as this production period corresponds precisely to the measuring period covered by official measurements. The application can be submitted between ten (10) and sixty (60) days from the end of the measuring period and the EECS GOs will be issued within ten (10) working days from the submission date.

MEKH is authorised to issue EECS GOs and national GOs from RES and CHP. EECS GOs are only issued for electricity production starting from the Date of Entry. Hungarian GOs that were issued in respect of electricity production prior to this date are considered National GOs.

Foreign GOs which resided in the Hungarian Registry before 1st January 2022, and National GOs cannot be exported over the AIB Hub. No Non-Governmental Certificates exist in Hungary. No EECS GOs or National GOs are issued in combination with an Independent Criteria Scheme in Hungary.

The issuance of GOs should be requested no later than 6 calendar months after the production month and MEKH approves request within 75 days from request. The issuing date is when MEKH approves the request and issues the requested GOs. Hungary’s EECS GO Market Information is continually – at latest by 22nd of every month – published on CMO.grexel.com.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis. Landsnet issues a balance settlement for Iceland using transmission data retrieved from Landsnets own meter readings and hourly measurements are issued monthly.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis. SEMO issues certificates automatically for monthly production and issuing will be completed by the last working day of the month following the relevant production period.

EECS GOs are issued in respect of the output, of which the measured values have been collected and determined by the authorized grid operators. The issuance can thus occur automatically since January, except in case of pumping storages and hybrid power plants. GSE has 30 days to determine the right number of EECS GOs that can be issued assessing also any possible deviation.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month. No later than 10 working days at the end of a calendar month the authorised measurement bodies and the public traders shall provide AST with required information. Issuing will take no longer than 8 working days from the initial request for issuance or from the point in time when all information requested is received. Account holders can request for EECS GO issuance up to 12 months from the production period end date. EECS GO are then issued with a shorter expiry period which correspond to end of respective production output (month).

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month. The account holder no later than one month after the end of a calendar month shall request issuance of GOs. In case of any doubts about the data accuracy, LITGRID immediately suspends the issuance of GOs and requests discrepancy to be investigated. LITGRID will issue GOs only after the account holder has entered the metering data in the registry, and, if necessary, the Council has conducted production amount inspection (conclusion from the Council shall be submitted to LITGRID within ten working days) and LITGRID will have no doubts about the data.

EECS GO is not issued for the electricity produced from renewable energy sources that receives a fixed rate support.

EECS GOs are issued no later than 10 working days after the registrant has entered the Production Declaration (meter readings) in the registry of ILR and a confirmation from an approved measurement body of the Production Device has been received either in paper or electronic form.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis. The process is automated; where CertiQ is in receipt of all the required information, the issuing automatically takes place the following day.

EECS GOs are issued for RES and HE-CHP, nuclear and fossil.

EECS GOs are issued on a weekly basis for a production period of one week. Issuing takes place no later than 21 days after end of the production week. In case of electricity production from biomass and photovoltaic (PV), GOs issuance take place the following issuing date after data being received and approved.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month. The issuing process takes place within five business days. The issuing request shall be submitted not later than three months after the end of the production period.

Electricity generated by RES and HE-CHP can be issued a GO.

EECS GOs are issued within 3 working days of the request. Request for issuance shall be sent to EMS JSC Belgrade within 6 months of the last day of the production period and no later than March 15th for output generated in the previous year.

Electricity generated by RES can be issued a GO.

EECS GOs are issued for a production period of 1 month with the exception of electricity produced from small source where accumulate production for no longer than twelve months within one calendar year is accepted. The issuing process takes place no later than 10 (ten) working days after the receipt of a valid production declaration. OKTE, a,s, shall issue EECS GO Certificate ex officio – i.e. on the basis of its competence (no request of the electricity producer is needed).EECS GO Certificates shall be issued after the final settlement of imbalances (3 months after the energy production and its injection into the electricity grid of the Slovak Republic).

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month. Issuing of GOs for electricity produced in the preceding month can be requested only after the 5th working days of the current month. For the RES production devices using guaranteed purchase of electricity GOs have to be issued for the entire generated quantities. These GOs are cancelled by Borzen d.o.o. (the name of the Slovenian electricity suppliers) based on their market shares in the preceding calendar year. For the RES production devices using the financial support for current operations, the issuing of GOs is not obligatory. The GOs issued for these production devices are freely transferrable among the market participants and are used for disclosure based on their cancellation.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month. Requests for the issue and export of guarantees of origin for month “m” should be submitted before the last day of the month “m+8”, and in any case before 31 January of the next year. The guarantees of origin for the month of generation “m” must be issued before the last day of the month “m +10”, and in any case before 28 February of the next year.

EECS GOs are issued for electricity generated by RES and HE-CHP.

EECS GOs are issued on a monthly basis for a production period of 1 month with the exception of multifuel plants. Issuing takes place on 15th day (or following weekday) of each month following the production month. If 15th day of the month is a Monday, issuing is usually done on the 16th day. Issuing dates are always announced by EM in advance. EECS-GOs may be retrospectively issued for a production of a given month the end date of which is no more than 6 months ago.

EECS GOs are issued on a weekly basis and issuing takes place within 1 working week after production data has properly been received. Production data must be submitted to Pronovo by the following deadlines:

• For monthly registration: always by the end of the following month

• For quarterly registration: always by the end of the following month

• For annual registration: always by the end of February in the following year

EECS GOs are issued for electricity generated by RES and HE-CHP, nuclear and fossil.
